Shipping & Returns Policy

Good jokes take a little time. Each item is printed to order, then shipped by our print partner.

Delivery in the U.S.

We’re focusing our relaunch on U.S. customers. Most orders print within 2–7 business days after entering production. Standard shipping usually adds 2–5 business days in the contiguous U.S. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Delivery dates are estimates. Holidays, carrier delays, stock availability, and your address can affect timing. Once your order ships, we’ll email your tracking link.

Shipping charges

U.S. standard shipping is $6.95 per order, or free when your merchandise total reaches $85 after discounts. The minimum excludes shipping and taxes. Available methods and the final shipping charge appear at checkout. Multiple items may ship in separate packages.

Something wrong with your order?

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with the wrong item, email hello@mildlyoffensivetees.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a photo, and a short description. We’ll help arrange a replacement or refund for an eligible issue.

Returns and sizing

Because each item is made for your order, we don’t accept returns for a change of mind, an incorrectly chosen size, or wear from use and washing. Check the measurements on the product page before ordering. The standalone Size Guide covers our classic tees.

Contact us before mailing anything back. Our business address is not a returns address.
