We want you to love your Mildly Offensive Tee almost as much as we loved making it. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship and how refunds work.

🚚 Shipping Info

We partner with trusted third-party print providers (like Printify) to produce and ship your shirt just for you. This allows us to offer a wide range of sizes, styles, and designs — made fresh, not mass-produced.

Fulfillment time:
Most orders are fulfilled within 2–5 business days.

Shipping time:

  • 🇺🇸 U.S. orders: 3–7 business days after fulfillment
  • 🌎 International orders: 7–21 business days depending on destination

Shipping fees:
Shipping is calculated at checkout unless we’re running a promotion (like free shipping with bundle deals).

📦 Note: If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive separately depending on which fulfillment partner handled the product.

✅ Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-Day Refund Guarantee on all eligible items.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with the wrong item — we’ve got your back. We’ll replace it or refund you, no hassle.

To qualify for a refund:

  • Submit your request within 30 days of delivery
  • Email us at support@mildlyoffensivetees.com with:
    • Order number
    • Photo of the item
    • Brief description of the issue

We’ll respond ASAP and resolve it quickly.

🚫 Non-Refundable Situations

We can’t offer returns or refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse (you didn’t like the joke after all)
  • Wrong size ordered (check our size guide before ordering)
  • Wear and tear after use or washing

Each item is made to order, so we can’t resell returns like a traditional store.
