Open your shipping email

When your order ships, we email tracking information to the address used at checkout. Open the tracking link to see the carrier’s latest updates. If you ordered several items, you may receive more than one shipment email.

Don’t have tracking yet?

Made-to-order shirts go through production before shipping. Check your order confirmation and the Shipping & Returns Policy for the production and shipping stages. A tracking number can appear before the carrier posts its first scan.

Can’t find the email?

Search your inbox and spam folder for Mildly Offensive Tees. If you still need help, email hello@mildlyoffensivetees.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout. We’ll help locate the shipment information.

Marked delivered but missing?

Check the delivery address, mailbox, parcel locker, and nearby safe places, and ask anyone who may have accepted the package. If it’s still missing, contact us with your order number and tracking link so we can investigate.
