Refund policy

Each item is printed to order. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or as the wrong item, we’ll help arrange a replacement or refund for an eligible issue.

Report an issue within 30 days

Email hello@mildlyoffensivetees.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a photo, and a short description.

Returns and sizing

We don’t accept returns for a change of mind, an incorrectly chosen size, or wear from use and washing. Please check the measurements on the product page before ordering. The standalone Size Guide covers our classic tees.

Contact us before mailing anything back. Our business address is not a returns address.

Changes and cancellations

Email us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We’ll check whether production has started. Once an order is in production or shipped, a change or cancellation may no longer be possible.
